Based in Hyde, Greater Manchester, Casa Tigellae has been our main base since 2013.

This is where we dream up our recipes, cure our meats, smoke our salmon and make our artisan pasta. It’s also where we store our beautiful Vanstaurant when it’s not on its travels!
