We are Tigellae, a travelling trattoria from Greater Manchester. We love to make tasty, traditional Italian food for everyone to enjoy.
We offer high-quality, bespoke catering for all occasions. We have an amazing food truck (know as The Vanstaurant) and a variety of other mobile setups, so whatever the event and whatever the weather, we are ready for it!
We opened a traditional trattoria at the Harewood Arms in Broadbottom in April 2019, followed a few months later by a cute, wooden kiosk where we make wood-fired pizza.
We also serve a whole variety of original, fresh pasta dishes, beautiful Italian bread, fried snacks, antipasti platters, polenta, risotto, canapés and delicious desserts.
We create our dishes using only the finest ingredients, including making our own fresh pasta, baking the bread and curing the meat ourselves.
